Typical Pacific Northwest

Summer starts in the Pacific Northwest, but you’d never know it.  As I was driving south yesterday, it was pouring rain half the time, but completely overcast the entire way.  Today, the same thing…completely unpredictable.  I guess that’s why in our house we say, “If you don’t like the weather, wait 15 minutes, it gets worse.”  Mom and Dad took us for a drive yesterday, to do some shopping and have lunch.  I had to get a photo that represents the typical Pacific North”wet” weather.  By the way, this was taken on an Oregon backroad going about 55 miles an hour through the back window of a Jaguar.
